Ignatov: FC Rabotnicki’s jersey should be respected

FC Rabotnicki achieved two victories in a row after Stojan Ignatov took the helm after the departure of Borche Hristov from the head coach position.

Ignatov says that he did not change too much in the game, but simply explained to the players through conversation that every minute in FC Rabotnicki’s jersey is very important and should be deserved and done in the right way.

“FC Rabotnicki is an institution in Macedonian football, a club with a great tradition. I know that well from the period when I wore this jersey and we were champions. I demand the same from the football players now. The maximum should be given, the club’s jersey should be respected, which means a lot in our First League, but also in Europe. Only in this way can we expect progress, but also be honest with ourselves that we have done the best we can. And I want to congratulate the players, because they were maximally responsible and disciplined in the game of the two previous matches against FC Bregalnica and against FC Tikves. But those victories are behind us and now we are focused on the next challenge, the duel against Makedonija GjP in Gjorce Petrov,” said Stojan Ignatov.

FC Rabotnicki on Saturday will play against FC Makedonija GP in the 28th round of the First Football League.
