Too many missed chances in the loss against Vardar

Rabotnicki finished this season in the First league on the fourth place, after losing the local derby against Vardar with 0-1. Tomislav Franc and his players found strength to play a good match after a heartbreaking loss in the Cup just few days a go, but our team once again paid the price for the missed chances.

We had two good situations in Vardar’s half, first Galic’s shot went just wide, while Altiparmakovski’s free kick was saved by Gacevski. Vardar took the lead in the 43. minute, Ilievski fouled Nikolov, and Zlatko Tanevski made no mistake from the spot.

Rabotnicki was much better in the second half, but couldn’t score a goal past Gacevski, who had a great match. Vardar’s goalkeeper saved two great shots from Gajic in the 50. minute, also keeping Altiparmakovski’s shot away from the net when our attacker had “one on one situation” against him.
