Rabotnicki mantained the perfect start of the season, claiming the second victory in the away game against Skupi. Our team showed quality and character, winning three points against a good Skupi team that traditionally causes problem at the stadium in Cair.

Boys in red were better in the opening 10 minutes, when we missed two good chances, when Ivanovski and Elmaz couldn’t score past Zendeli. Skupi first try was with Lazarevski’s free kick, which went just a little wide. It was the 24. minute when we got the lead, after Sahiti’s cross it was Leon Najdovski who put the ball in the net, with a great header from five meters.

The hosts tried do get back in the game, but our defense with Siskovski on goal didn’t give away too much chances, Bajrami shot wide from 15 meters, while Siskovski parried away Demiri’s header.

Our defense was even better in the second half, in which Skupi didn’t create any clear opportunity, despite dominating in ball-posession. Rabotnicki was the team that had the best chance, but one of Skupi’s defenders cleared the ball just in front of the goal line after Filip Ivanovski’s shot.
