First half lead is gone as we lose once again from Skendija
Rabotnicki lost another game from Skendija, this time in the First League, as our team couldn’t keep the 1-0 lead from the first half, losing the match 1-3 at the end. Just three days after the loss in the Macedonian Cup, Rabotnicki met with Skendija once again, and again the “reds” couldn’t find a way to get a positive result against one of the best teams in the country.
Ivanovski and Sahiti had the first chances of the match, while Polozani hit the post at the other end. Zahov made a good save keeping Elif Elmas away from the scorers list in the 31. minute, but Rabotnicki took the lead three minutes later. Nehar Sahiti was on spot after a cross from the left side, hitting a great header Zahov couldn’t save.
Skendija was far better in the second half, with Besart Ibraimi scoring an equalizer in the 56. minute, with Siskovski saving a great shot from Radeski just three minutes later. However, Siskovski was unable to stop Jufo’s shot from 20 meters as Skendija’s Brazilian hit the bottom corner of the goal. Our team tried to get an equalizer, but Skendija scored another goal instead, with Besart Ibraimi putting the ball past Siskovski.
