Big point in Tetovo, but also a regret not to get a victory
Rabotnicki won one point in a good match against a strong Skendija team (2-2), but our team can only regret not claiming a victory in Tetovo after Filip Ivanovski missed a sitter in the 93. minute.
Skendija took the lead after 15 minutes, when Ferhan Hasani scored a beautiful goal from 25 meters past Bozinovski. Then, Rabotnicki started playing much better, getting an equalizer in the 34. minute. Vujcic made a mistake at the middle of the field, Suad Sahiti took the ball and passed to Emir Sahiti, who was fouled by goalkeeper Jovanovski for a penalty. Filip Ivanovski was on spot from the 11 meters shot and Rabotnicki evened the score (1-1).
Skendija was 2-1 ahead at the beginning of the second half, Ferhan Hasani was faster than our defensive players before putting the ball in the net from 15 meters. Once again, Rabotnicki fought back, with super-substitute Kire Markoski scoring an equalizer after an assist from Najdenov. Two minutes later Hasani hit the post from free kick, but Rabotnicki had the best chance to get all three points.
Our team created a great counter attack in the added time, Ivanovski was all alone from 10 meters, but his shot was saved by Jovanovski.
