Unlucky loss from Skendija in Tetovo

Rabotnicki’s winning run came to an end in Tetovo, where our team suffered an unlucky loss against Skendija (1-1). Rabotnicki once again played great football, even took the lead first, but lost the match with a penalty in the 82. minute.

Our team had the first chance of the match in the 18. minute, when Stjepanovic shot was blocked at the last moment by the host’s defense. Besart Ibraimi answered with a dangerous shot at the other end, but Bozinovski was on top of it. Rabotnicki took the lead in the 35. minute, when Stjepanovic assisted to Gofry and our attacker ran by the defensive players and placed the ball in the net. Unfortunately, the lead lasted only five minutes as Radeski scored the equalizer after Hasani and Emini both hit the post.

Skendija had few good chances also in the second half, managing to score the winning goal in the 82. minute with Hasani’s penalty, after Sadiki fouled Ibraimi in the box.
