Unexpected loss from Pobeda

Rabotnicki suffered an unexpected loss at home from the last-placed team on the table, Pobeda (1-2), complicating the fight for the European exit for next season.

Rabotnicki took the lead when Vijacki hit the net in the 12 minute, so everybody thought that this will be an easy victory for our team. Peev and Gofry missed chances in the first half, before Pobeda turned the result around in the second 45 minutes. Ilijoski missed a penalty at the beginning of the second half and the punishment came – Efremov scored the equalizer after a big mistake from our defense, before Timovski scored the winner.

Rabotnicki tried to get at least one point, but couldn’t score a second goal, for a very dissapointing loss.
