Heartbreaking loss ends our European dream

Rabotnicki suffered a heartbreaking loss from Skupi in the last round of the First League (1-2), losing also the fourth spot in the race for the European place for next season. Luck was not on our side today, as we had a 1-0 lead until the 89. minute, but still lost this very important mach. Rabotnicki finished the season on the seventh place of the table with 46 points.

Ackovski had the first chance of the match, but hist shot from the edge of the box finished just wide. Oliver Peev also shot wide, while on the other side Jankov saved Iseni’s shot.

Ilijoski scored the opening goal in the 84. minute, after a great run and a cross from Gofry from the right side. Everyone thought that it would be enough for at least one point, but Skupi managed to turn the result around, Ustabashi scored two goals in the 89. and in the 92. minute, bringing great disapointment in our team.
