Defeat in the city derby

Rabotnicki suffered a 2-0 defeat in the city derby against Vardar in the third round of the First League. The match was decided in the second half, when Vardar scored both goals through  Kolevski and Avramovski.

Sebastijan Herera started the match with two shots from distance, while Micevski tried his luck at the other side of the field, easily saved by Siskovski. Vardar took the lead in the 56. minute, Kolevski was at the right place in the right time, placing a rebound in the net with a little help from the post. Three minutes earlier, the same player hit the post for Vardar.

Rabotnicki had a good chance in the 59. minute, but Jago’s shot was awful. Avramovski missed a chance for Vardar in the 85. minute, but the same player did much better five minutes later, scoring a goal for a 2-0 victory for his team.
