Defeat (1-4) by Trabzonspor at the preparations in Slovenia

FC Rabotnicki played a friendly match against the Turkish giant Trabzonspor during the preparations in Slovenia and lost 4-1. The match in Ljubljana was decided by the greater experience of the Turkish giant, even though Milan Ilievski’s team played well, especially in the first half.

Maximiliano Gomez opened the score in the eighth minute, and Mevljan Murati equalized in the 17th minute, when with the help of the poor reaction of the goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir, the ball ended up in the net.

Trabzonspor took the lead again in the 40th minute with the goal of Anastasios Bakasetas after a long action in Rabotnicki’s penalty area.

In the second half, Eren Elmali scored a third goal for Tranzonspor in the 63rd minute, which was from an obvious offside position, but the referees did not react. The final result was set by Enis Destan in the 88th minute of the match.

On July 27, FC Rabotnicki will play a friendly match with the Saudi club Al-Ettifaq led by Steven Gerrard, and then return to Macedonia.
